This digital file bundle includes a high-resolution, 1:1 scale 3D mesh model of a BMW R100 motorcycle, created from real-world professional 3D scans and precisely aligned into a complete digital assembly.

The BMW R100 3D scan model is intended as an accurate reference for CAD design, custom motorcycle fabrication, part development, packaging layout, mockups, visualization, and 3D-printed test-fitment.

This model is provided as a mesh-based OBJ file.

This means:

● It is not a solid CAD model

● It is not parametric (very important)

● It does not contain sketches, solid-features, or dimensions

● It is intended for reference and spatial design

This model is delivered as a MESH because this is how professional scan-based

reference data is distributed in the automotive, aerospace, and motorsport industries.

Real-world objects captured by 3D scanners produce surface geometry, not parametric CAD features. In professional workflows, these high-resolution mesh models are used as design envelopes, packaging models, and fitment references that engineers build around when creating new components.

By purchasing, you confirm that your computer hardware, storage, and software are capable of opening and working with large mesh-based OBJ files (~1.21 GB)

Download File Size

Due to the large file size of the OBJ files, they are delivered in a .RAR archive to reduce download size (~350MB) and ensure reliable file transfer.

You will need a file extraction tool that supports .RAR files in order to access the contents after download.

• macOS: The Unarchiver or Keka

Once extracted, the files can be used normally in supported CAD or 3D software.
