Refund policy
1. Return Conditions (Physical Products Only)
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in unused, uninstalled, and resalable condition in their original packaging.
• Non-returnable items: Custom orders, special orders, clearance items, and any product marked "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.
If you’re not satisfied with the quality of a physical product you received, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We will investigate the issue and work with you to find a reasonable solution.
This guarantee applies only to physical goods shipped to you and does not apply to digital products.
How to Initiate a Return:
• Prepare the Return: Include a copy of your original invoice and ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance, and Workshop Rebuild is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
• Inspection and Approval: All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Refunds or credits will be issued only after the items have been reviewed and approved.
2. Lost Orders Policy (Physical Products Only)
For physical packages lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date.
Once confirmed lost by the courier, we will be happy to send a replacement order on your behalf.
3. Defective or Damaged Physical Products
If you receive a defective or damaged physical product (including damage during shipping, incorrect quantities, or manufacturing defects not caused by customer-supplied content), we will cover the cost of a replacement order once the issue has been verified.
4. Wrong Address (Physical Products Only)
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient or incorrect by the courier, the shipment may be returned and disposed of safely.
If you wish to place a new order with a corrected address, you will be responsible for the cost of the new order.
5. Rejected Shipments (Physical Products Only)
If you reject a shipment during delivery, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely.
If you wish to place a new order, you will be responsible for the full cost of the new order.
