Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

Digital Products

Digital products are governed by Section 6 – Digital Products Terms & Conditions below and are final sale unless required otherwise by applicable law.

SECTION 6 – DIGITAL PRODUCTS TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following terms apply specifically to digital products, including but not limited to CAD files, STL files, MESH OBJ files, reference data, and documentation.

6.1 Digital Products – Final Sale

All digital products are delivered electronically and are considered final sale.

Once a digital product has been downloaded or access has been granted, the transaction is complete and cannot be reversed.

6.2 No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital goods:

  • No refunds
  • No returns
  • No exchanges

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of technical knowledge or experience
  • Software or hardware incompatibility
  • File size limitations
  • Misunderstanding the product description
  • Failure to review system requirements prior to purchase

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you waive any right to a refund once files are delivered.

6.3 License & Usage Rights

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license.

You may not:

  • Resell, share, or distribute the files
  • Upload the files to public or private platforms
  • Include the files in other products or bundles
  • Modify the files for resale or redistribution

All digital files remain the intellectual property of Workshop Rebuild.

Digital products are provided “as is” for reference, educational, and design purposes only.

No guarantees are made regarding:

  • Fitment
  • Performance
  • Safety
  • Manufacturability
  • Legal or regulatory compliance

You are solely responsible for verifying suitability for your intended application.

6.5 Technical Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • Your computer hardware and storage are sufficient (files may exceed 1.2 GB)
  • You have compatible software
  • You possess the technical knowledge to work with mesh-based data

No refunds or support will be provided due to technical limitations on the buyer’s side.

6.6 Unauthorized Distribution

Unauthorized sharing, resale, or redistribution will result in immediate termination of your license and may lead to legal action.

6.7 Acceptance of Digital Terms

By completing a purchase and checking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood these terms
  • Agree to them in full
  • Acknowledge that digital products are final sale
